Matt began his coaching career in early 2020 as a favour to a friend looking to grow their agency. The success of that initial partnership led to the expansion of the coaching side of Matt's work.
Stacey's background in Management Accountancy led her to owning the entire financial side of Matt's agency operations.
Stacey has been instrumental in helping Matt's agency to grow profitably since 2017 and has since taken on similar responsibilities for other agencies too.
Stacey is a consummate planner & master of agency profitability, able to help her clients recognise, understand & manipulate the levers of profitability.
Stacey's coaching career began in early 2020 with profitability reviews with small agency clients & has expanded since she & Matt formally joined forces later that year.
